Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. Who we are

DeclararDeCripto (“we”, “us”) is a private, independent software service that organizes cryptocurrency transactions and calculates tax obligations for its users. We are not affiliated with any tax authority or government body. Contact: contato@declarardecripto.com.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers, used to create and secure your account.
Exchange data (read-only): when you connect an exchange, you provide an API key restricted to read-only access. Keys with trading or withdrawal permissions are rejected before being stored. Through this key we read your transaction history — trades, deposits, withdrawals and balances — solely to organize and calculate your numbers.
Public blockchain data: if you provide a public wallet address, we read only what is already public on the blockchain. We never ask for seed phrases or private keys.
Payment data: subscriptions are paid in USDT to a deposit address generated for your account. We process the on-chain transaction data needed to credit your subscription. We do not collect card numbers or bank details.
Usage data: standard analytics (pages visited, approximate location by country, device type) via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, used to understand how the site is used.

3. How we use your data

To provide the service: import, classify and calculate your transactions; to secure your account; to process your subscription; to notify you about changes that affect your numbers (for example, when a tax rule changes); and to improve the product. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with tax authorities or any government body. Disclosure would only ever happen if we were legally compelled by a valid order of a competent authority.

4. Storage and security

Exchange API keys are stored encrypted. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted. By construction, the service cannot move your funds: the keys we accept have no withdrawal permission.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can disconnect an exchange at any time, which stops further imports. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by writing to contato@declarardecripto.com. We will delete personal data except what we must keep to comply with legal obligations (for example, billing records).

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the GDPR in the EU/UK and similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@declarardecripto.com. We respond to every request.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies: to remember your country preference on this site, and for the analytics described above. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site remains usable.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update this page and, for significant changes, notify subscribers by email. The date below always reflects the latest version.
