1. What the service is
DeclararDeCripto is software that imports your cryptocurrency transaction history (read-only), organizes and classifies it, converts values at historical prices and calculates tax-related numbers for your review. It is an organization and calculation tool — it is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not replace a qualified professional for complex situations.
2. What the service is not
We never take custody of funds: exchange access is read-only and keys with withdrawal or trading permissions are rejected. We never ask for seed phrases or private keys. We never file, submit or transmit any tax return or report on your behalf — reviewing the numbers and filing with your tax authority is always done by you, through your own access. We are not affiliated with any government body.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data sources you connect, for reviewing the calculated results before using them in any filing, and for your own tax compliance. The tool shows its calculation openly precisely so you (or your accountant) can verify it.
4. Subscription and payment
The service is offered as a subscription: 9 USDT per month or 72 USDT per year, paid in USDT (TRON/TRC20 network) to a deposit address generated for your account. The launch price remains locked while your subscription stays active. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period. 5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and the calculation up to date when tax rules change, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features marked as in development (for example, additional exchanges and wallets) ship when ready. We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced on this page and, for subscribers, by email.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeclararDeCripto is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on the calculated results without your review. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
